24-hour cable news truly is a drag.
But in the dog days of summer, when the only sport being offered is baseball, sometimes you have to do what you have to do and attempt to educate yourself. CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, it doesn’t matter because it’s all the same shit, just different spin.
So given the fact that they’re all steaming hot garbage, how does one choose between them? I’m here to offer you a suggestion.
Straight up — I’ve begun to choose which cable channel I’m watching based on… the attractiveness of the host. And I think MSNBC may have the lead dog in the pack: Katy Tur
Katy Tur, 33, is an anchor of MSNBC Live who graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2005 with a bachelor’s in Philosophy. Tur reports for all platforms of NBC News, including Early Today, Today, NBC Nightly News, Meet the Press, WNBC-TV, MSNBC, and The Weather Channel.
And with Megyn Kelly currently wasting her talents away on Sunday nights, Katy Tur is primed to ascend to the top of the babe newscasters pile.
A New Jersey native & Rutgers University graduate who firmly believes it’s better to be lucky than good. My goal in life is to one day write a Batman screenplay. You can probably find me somewhere cooking either too little or too much pasta.
