The Outer Worlds, a sci-fi RPG shooter from the makers of Fallout: New Vegas, will be released on October 25 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. (While developer Obsidian was acquired by Microsoft last year, The Outer Worlds predates that deal and is published by 2K subsidiary Private Division.) It has also been confirmed for Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. The news was announced at Microsoft’s E3 Briefing.
Obsidian’s latest was revealed last year, and we think it’s bringing the fun back to science fiction. For more from the Microsoft Xbox E3 Briefing and everything at E3, check out IGN’s E3 Event Hub. For even more E3 events, be sure to check out the E3 2019 Schedule.
